The match would be fair, if both morals were at low 2C. Intentionally making stomp matches. Anos gets stomped, maybe by incap, but megaman cannot kill him, but mechaman doesnot has resistances towards Anos passives.

I opened mecha man's profile and didn't see any resistances of him towards anos's vast range of deadly haxes. Anyways, Anos can also BFR him. But will it be effective? And YES, STOMPS NOW, cuz of his sealing power by <ETERNAL DEATH SEEKER>.

Megaman is not HDE so he can still be affected, megaman might be able to incap but I don't see him having passives that can repeatedly incap anos, and anos after a short period of time he becomes full NEP2 and megaman will have nothing to do.
