MCU Falcon speed upgrade

In the Falcon and the Winter Solider, Falcon's Redwing is able to shoot a pulsed laser. So his speed should include Speed of Light attack speed with lasers.

I think this should be pretty straight forward since it's technology based just like MCU Iron Man's lasers.
