If someone is beyond the very concepts of dimensions, space and time does that make them Low 1-A or 1-A?

The cosmology of the verse does not have infinite dimensions and only finite however they are no longer bound by the concepts dimensions, space and time and are far beyond them.

It is also repeatedly stated that they are beyond those concepts.

Dimensionless being is not 1-A anymore so I dont think being unbound by concept of dimensions is 1-A,being beyond space time need more context or maybe it only leads to immeasurable speed

Old Shinza High 1-A want know your location

Tho quote the FAQ page:

Q: How can a character be 1-A and above without an infinite-dimensional/infinitely-layered cosmology, then?

A: A good way to accomplish this would be to show that whatever state of being in which they exist is completely independent of the number of layers/dimensions present on the setting. For example, if they are unaffected by dimensions being arbitrarily added or removed from physical space by virtue of transcending it entirely, or if they exist as a "background" or canvas of sorts in which any amount of them can be inserted. This argument generalizes to tiers higher than 1-A as well.

So, being just above the concept of dimensions and space-time, without more context like above, won't be 1-A.

Which is the opposite of what happened. They got downgraded in term of tier because they didn't fit the criterias.

Translation stuff only mattered for some hax.

Being above space and time has been described to potentially qualify for Low 1-C or something, I think.
It needs more context of course.
