Is Irrelevant speed faster then Omnipresent Speed? Since it’s necessity is to be 1-A or above to have Irrelevant speed and Omnipresent doesn’t necessarily have a requirement of Tier.

Also is Infinite Speed faster then Immeasurable Speed?

immeasurable = transcending time moving beyond any Time frame

I don't think it's "Transcending time". It's more moving through wherever and whenever through time through sheer speed alone.

I used the character's speed to mean beyond linear time. I didn't mean it as transcendence

Beyond linear time isn't immeasurable as far as I know, at least without further context
