His reactive power level is insane, it made him go from 7-B to 2-A
 
Once Goku goes SSJ and beyond, he should be able to blitz.

Disregarding that for now, who has the AP and skill advantage?
 
Xeno's scaling chain is ******* massive as hell. If Doom is baseline, what stops Goku from just one shotting him?
 
Goku initially will have the AP advantage but doomguy will close that gap literally instantly. His reactive power level made him go from tier 7 to tier 2
 
...So? This is Xeno Goku. They are both willing to kill, and the moment that Goku fires anything at Doom, he turns into mush.

Also, SSJ is still a thing. Unless that is restricted here.

OP doesn't state that transformations are restricted.
 
Not sure if this matters much, but Xeno Goku might get some new hax added soon (Probability Manipulation, Summoning, Statistic Reduction etc.)
 
Doomguy has limited resurrection. So he can come back from the first death blow and use his RPL to close the AP gap from there.
 
Does he resurrect only once?

If so, then I'm voting Xeno for now. Depending on what he will do first, if he attacks in base, then Doom resurrects and adapts, Goku can just turn SSJ and fodderize.

SSJ would only give Goku a speed advantage because doomboi’s RPL would just close the gap as fast as Goku transforms.

Guys remember doomguy went from CITY LEVEL TO MULTIVERSE PLUS with his reactive power level.

I mean, doesn't he have to get hit first? If Goku transforms after the SSJ, not only will he be much faster, but can Doomguy adaptation work fast enough when the dude he's fighting is much faster than him?

Well, if the AP gap can be closed, what can they do to each other in terms of hax?
 
Doomguy has insane levels of heat hax and vibration hax that causes a stun.
 
Wait since when was it agreed Doom Guy's rpl got him from 7B to 2A in an instant? Pretty sure the revisions agreed he just grew stronger between the timeskip, which is still ridiculous, but not as fast as suggested.
 
This is the thread which I'm talking about btw. It seems that the abilities are pretty much accepted and only need to be applied. Except the Immeasurable speed obviously

I was there during the whole CRT process everyone agreed that it was his RPL that got him to 2-A
 
Anyways, I'm still voting Goku here, for now.

Unless it turns out he can adapt by just being near the opponent or smth.
