Yo is there a difference between rock cutting and diamond cutting? I have this Wii sports calc for cutting the diamond in speed slice but I’m not sure about it is it diamond psi * the area* diamond fragmentation?

Yes actually! The calc for cutting a diamond should be the compressive strength x the area of the cut x the width of the blade

60,000 MPa * Area * Width of edge

I didn't do anything of the sort. My recommendation still stands although now I believe it's Shear Strength, which is about 440-470 GPa

Ah my mistake. I thought that's what you meant by "I've done a calc like this before".
