Regarding Speed Amps

Is there a way to counter speed amps when speed is equalized? Most of the time speed amps just blitz the opponent. One example is Ikki who Either oneshots or dies which is pretty annoying to deal with.

Unless they have an ability that removes amps or negates them or has their own speed amps, then I would say no. If they are too troublesome, you can put in the battle, speed qualized, no speed amps but I'm not sure if such battles would be recorded on the profiles.

I see well that makes sense I guess. So Ikki will still be the bane of all High 7A

It depends on both the degree of the amp AND what they can do during said amp, because a 2x, or even 3x speed amp might not be enough to outright fodderize the opponent, but when it gets to stuff like 5x or 10x it's almost over, especially if it's in-character for the fighter to use some sort of hax while speed-amped
