Topaz's Indie Game Stats Equal Tournament Round 4: Binah vs The Player (Pixel Gun 3D) (0-0-0)

So, which haxes are exactly restricted for each character? I'm sure Player's AE, Nonduality, and Incorporeality have to be some of those restricted.

Just asking this before I start debating.

Binah would probably still have most of her hax, but yeah AE, Nonduality and Incorp would be restricted for the Player. Basically, both can actually interact/kill each other
Binah on the other hand, hm. CM Type 2 is more like- the basis of a lot of her attacks (like Lock), because it comes from the Singularities jammed in her body)

I could just outright restrict the stuff given by the Singularities, if desired. Binah still has Abno pages and L Corp's damage types to work with

(think of Binah's Singularity based stuff as Hulk's CM Type 1, if that makes sense)

Fair enough.

Anyways, the Player will often try to end fights as quickly as possible through using their strongest/most efficient weapon, usually doing strategies like hiding in order to take as little damage as possible or 3-Cat Spamming. Should they die, they have the ability to resurrect within seconds, so they should be defeated by a method outside of death for them to lose. They also have access to their pets (In which there are 87 of them) that can help the Player in their battle, and just like the Player, if they die, they will resurrect in seconds. While the Player can only have 1 pet at a time, this is a game mechanic considering how one of the official trailers has them wielding multiple pets at a time. So in a sense, the Player's vast versatility and resurrection hax can ensure they will try to win the fight in the most efficient and quick way possible.

Well, Binah has quite a few ways to win, even without having to kill the Player

If the CM 2 stuff is allowed, then Binah will try and put the Player under Lock, so theres Power Null right there (on that conceptual level, mind you), she can also afflict the Player with Fairy, even if he does survive, its gonna stick on him and do damage over time. Shockwave would also be useful in keeping the Player's power down while Binah figures out a way to win

She will definitely take note of the Player coming back over and over when they die. Shes got a shit load of Power Nulls, Stat Amps, etc etc....

Say, does the Player resist Mind Manip in any way? If he doesnt, Binah could just slam him with an concentrated WHITE damage Fairy/Pillar attack, cause him to go crazy/freak out, and then just put him in Lock until Incap rules boil over

Say, does the Player resist Mind Manip in any way?
They do have access to a weapon called the Third Eye that grants them mental resistance. They also have access to skins that are robots who should generally have Inorganic Physiology Type 2 which is resistant to Mind Manipulation.

Hey by the way, doesnt stuff like Resurrections like- go beyond High hax or something? Well, as long as it isnt Limited. How does the player revive themself?

If you are going to add a limit as to how many times they can resurrect, that's fine by me. Basically, the way the Player revives themselves is through pressing a Respawn button after dying, and if they don't do anything after 15 seconds, they will automatically be revived anyways. When reviving, they get teleported to a random location (Typically a spawning point) on the map.

Yeah i think a limit on the amount of times one can respawn should work (as we already have Steve in and i planned on capping his revives as well)

Would it be possible for Binah to just make them reagquit (as in, not want to come back after dying in more ludicrous and bullshit ways

If that doesnt work, well- when it comes to the Floor of Philosophy, theyre probably going to be brought right back to where the battlefield is, where Binah will be waiting to effectively spawncamp them. The Floor is basically a large, flat, open space (so no cover for the Player to use) ((and its also because Binah cant leave the Library, so its compensation))

The Player also has brief invincibility for a few seconds upon respawning, so they have a chance to land some shots in before their invincibility runs out. Also, they do have methods of bypassing durability such as utilizing weapons with the burning attribute as well as 2 weapons capable of transmuting Binah into a harmless animal such as a sheep or a beetle, neither of these 2 I see her resisting. The Player also has access to the Viking skin which boosts their speed by 10x and even has certain equipment that boosts their speed to make them much harder to hit with them moving around. The Player can also turn invisible to hide away from Binah.

I will concede on the Transmuation thing, yeah, he would be able to turn her into a bug- that is assuming Binah doesnt already have him under lock and key

Feels like Burning Attribute kinda also relates to Status Effect Inducement? She can resist Dura and Resist Neg (taking hits from Old Lady's gun and WHITE/BLACK damage resists)

Getting into Abnos Pages now, she has access to.....a lot really. Punishment will punish (ha) Pixel Man for hitting Binah, Watchful Eyes, Lamp, The Beast, and Peace will all reduce some of PG's stats, and if push really comes to shove, Twilight will probably be the end of PG
Oh yeah Binah can just summon Apoc Bird onto the field and sic him on PG. What fun!

Burn effect is just heat damage, like dude, he just throw you fire, you need a Equal fire/heat resistence to survive against heat, you cannot resist the heat of the sun or absolute zero if you simply resist the heat of a candle or the cold of the arctic

Also something I noticed, she has no resistance to radiation or extreme heat, which means that any weapon of this type should be enough considering that one of the most basic ones causes Instant Incineration.
Getting into Abnos Pages now, she has access to.....a lot really. Punishment will punish (ha) Pixel Man for hitting Binah, Watchful Eyes, Lamp, The Beast, and Peace will all reduce some of PG's stats, and if push really comes to shove, Twilight will probably be the end of PG
which doesn't really matter since Pixel gun can increase the power of his attacks and speed, Reflect 30 to 50% of damage with equipment, get stronger/faster the more he kill, and can slow and speed up time at same time to make himself faster
the modules themselves increase +30% om the maximum, then add the combinations that add more power

His durability and life regenerate every second, which makes things more complicated and there is the possibilities that one attack can actually do nothing to him due the "ignore damage" effect

That is stuff to consider, though- im probably just gonna like, axe the whole revival thing (sorry Psycho), so the Player only gets one main chance to pull out a wincon (which im sure he can) before he gets hit with Chain and Lock

What's Player gonna do when his abilities are basically conceptually locked? Or hell, his own body forcefully opened and exploded. Sure, its only Type 2, but yeah

Unless Concept Type 2 is above High, then Binah would just have her Abno Pages, and Damage Types. BLACK's Corrosion Inducement and Dura Neg (From Waves, which she can also use as a shield) and Spikes (which pop in from under the opponent

And hell, if you wanna restrict the Singularities CM 2, Fairy and Pillar will still benefit from said damage types. She can concentrate the Fairy blast- which basically obliterates entities comparable to her (even the strongest Employees will die to a PALE/BLACK damage Fairy attack). It also comes out basically instantly

But uh, yeah
As soon as the battle begins, Chain, Lock, and then Binah just throws everything she can at the Player. If no CM 2, Binah slaps him with BLACK/PALE damaged Fairy, and PALE would probably just outright kill if Dura Neg is part of it

(By the way, her CM Type 2 is similar to Hulk's CM Type 1, as it is the basis of a lot of her singularity based attacks. Its only used for opening/closing stuff anyways)

The fact that the player is Fundamental Level Information type 2, this will become a debate CM type 2 vs Information type 2

Potentially but still unsure the information in Pixel Gun 3D will soon span the entirety of the infinite Multiverse across all of space-time, i need to check the events, cuz Right now Portalius is getting 2-A with Prep time

Also, yes, honestly CM and IM type 2 is above High, probably Low-Godly or Mid-godly if the system you use for Hax which I think is

Yeah remember this is stats equal, hax capped to High.
But yeah, if CM Type 2 is capped out, then Binah will just resort to using Spikes/Waves plus her Abnoramality/Passive pages

So yeah, CM and IM are out. Its mainly gonna be Weapons vs Pages, but Pillar benefits from the damage types, and also as they fly by, they screw with any tech based stuff they fly by- so, say, Cyborgization, thats gonna freak out. It also goes through walls, leaves behind the same effect of those who survive Fairy (damage over time), and just stop/ram through any attack that would try and stop it (even Kali's most committed swings fail to do so, with Kali being comparable to Binah)

The only thing Binah cant do is Lock. Fairy can be used just as a regular attack.

Yes, the player has the same thing, most weapons pass the walls, damage over time prolongs, it screws up the technology of Binah, when she mess with his tech, he would just reset them by kill himself, change to others that are not affected or simply use magic items since there are a lot of things that make the same function.

Also, are the progressive damage abilities are permanent or do they stop having an effect after a period of time?

Also what Banih do when the Player just insult her thus curse her to die? (Is not death hax, is a weird deadly plague but we dont know what is the time-frame while Curse book can just do 2% progressive damage, but you know, it will grow if she get hitted by it several times)

Blud cant just kill himself to reset, i limited his revive to only having one life. Ya know. High hax cap

Binah is also in her Librarian key, not Sephirah key. She isnt a robot anymore, shes human now. Player's tech screwery wont work on her lol

As for Fairy/Pillar after effects, it basically causes wounds on the target which hurt them when they try anything substantial, which of course relates to attacks. It also does damage (and halves the stack) after each "Scene" (which would just be passive damage), and the stack can be reapplied with Fairy/Key as long as she hits them

And looking at the Curse Book, it looks like its just Status Effect Inducement (Bleeding), in which Binah can either heal off, or use Long Arms to block it (Long Arms also blocks Fire/Temp Manip, Blood Manip, Death Manip, and CM Type 2)

Ah ok

Also, the player's hp and Armor regeneration should keep him against Fairy/Pillar before the stack gets too big.

Fair for Curse book, while, the curse of the deadly plague has an unknown time-frame, idk

Either way, the player could end this battle with a nuclear weaponry or attacks that have extreme temperatures.

Yeah, both of them have wincons, i will say that. Binah slaps Player with WHITE/BLACK/PALE damage and either causes them to freak out or they just die, and nuclear weaponry likewise for Binah

Depending on how the nuclear weapons work, Binah could attempt to block them though, but if Binah considers Player as a threat (she most likely will, as she doesnt underestimate her opponents after her fight with Kali), so shes gonna try and end the fight as soon as possible

Her best Abno pages would be
Small Flutters (extra evasion power, and if she does dodge, her attacks are empowered)
Long Arms (status effects begone)
Judgement (Player will gain Sin, and if they get too much, they take a lot of PALE. Long Arms protects her from Sin as well)
Punishment (If she does survive getting hit, and manages to land a counterattack, that will be empowered)

She will also either use Peace (just making the player weaker in general) or The Beast (will copy/paste what it does) The ultimate blessing of Apocalypse Bird, if Binah also holds Long Arms, Big Eyes, and Small Beak, Binah is given the Twilight E.G.O. gift, passively power nullifying and weakening anything which targets her or which she targets, offensive or defensive. In addition, Binah constantly restores Light for herself while passively damaging everything nearby, friend or foe, with what is at least BLACK damage and may be a combination of RED, WHITE, BLACK and PALE all at once.

And as for EGO weapons, well, Twilight for one. Paralysis Inducement, a crap load of energy blasts, and the blasts do all damage types. Apocalypse will probably be favored to summon Apoc Bird into the battle to slam its fists upon the Player. If the Player is on the ropes, the attack does 1.5x more damage. Same if Binah is on the ropes

But generally a few hits from Pillar would end the fight for Binah imo

Oh yeah i forgot to mention. If Player dies within the Library (which both are in), theyre turned into a book. To keep it simple, it basically contains everything to know about the slain person, and you can create anything related to them (mainly used to gain their weapons)

So even if Player is allowed to revive, it probably wont mean shit because Binah now has access to a large retinue of their weapons along with her own kit

About nuclear weapons, he literally throw you plutonium and mini nuclear bombs, the mini-nuke can vaporize anyone in the point range, also he would use range heat weapons that hit behind with the heat of the sun

Yeah, both of them have wincons, i will say that. Binah slaps Player with WHITE/BLACK/PALE damage and either causes them to freak out or they just die, and nuclear weaponry likewise for Binah

This fair
Long Arms (status effects begone)
Same
Judgement (Player will gain Sin, and if they get too much, they take a lot of PALE. Long Arms protects her from Sin as well)
Eh, he would either just fight against it with his regeneration and healing
Punishment (If she does survive getting hit, and manages to land a counterattack, that will be empowered)
This is fair, but remember, he will send either 50% or 30% of damage to her back due attacks Reflections
She will also either use Peace (just making the player weaker in general)
he would counter it with his own amps
or The Beast (will copy/paste what it does)
Eh, copy really matter against Pixel gun 3D Characters, cuz they beat the shit of each others
The ultimate blessing of Apocalypse Bird, if Binah also holds Long Arms, Big Eyes, and Small Beak, Binah is given the Twilight E.G.O. gift, passively power nullifying and weakening anything which targets her or which she targets, offensive or defensive.
Fair

Modules reduce the energy stuff, and again passive attack reflection go brrr
Barrier would negate 50% of the attack too
Apocalypse will probably be favored to summon Apoc Bird into the battle to slam its fists upon the Player. If the Player is on the ropes, the attack does 1.5x more damage. Same if Binah is on the ropes
Fair

That doesn't matter, literally, the player is used to fighting against guys who have everything he has, if this were Pixel man, the skill gap would skyrocket to infinity (literally, in infinite universes therefore infinite players, Pixel man is one if not, the biggest threat to Portalius (a Time-Travel supergenius with years of preptime) and must disappear first) and Pixel man has fought with clones of himself as well + is considered as powerful by the 3 Champions who are the Top tiers

I mean, lets be real though- this is just a race to see who nukes each other first. Both have ways to kill each other......so a lot of this is sadly pointless. But i may as well respond in kind

Fair to the nuclear weapons if its literally just nuclear bombs go brrrr

The damage reduction stuff is also fair, but keep in mind Binah resists pretty much everything she throws out, so the attack reflection would more just bother her more then anything

About the Player's amps, how many does he have? Just to be clear. Twilight's power null is passive, and will stack with the other power nulls Binah brings to the table

Fair on the module bit, but again, Binah can take what she dishes out. It would also be used as fuel for Punishment and Small Flutters so thats just free stat amping for Binah

The last point is fair too, but i just wanted to bring it up in case it mattered. Though Binah throwing around mini-nukes would be absolutely hilarious

But going off the first sentence- this is literally a case of who shoots first, and more likely then not, its gonna be Binah. Unless the Player has the correct weapon in mind and in hand as soon as the battle starts, Binah's just gonna hit him with Chain (even if its not conceptually powered, its still gonna chain them down. Thats the point). It also spawns below the target, and if Degraded form is used, the Player wont be able to do much even after the ensnarement period is up. At this point, Binah is just free to blast his ass with Fairy, Key/Pillar.

So yeah. TLDR: Battle is one of "who shoots first", and imo, its Binah

(edit to say that we should probably get some second opinions in so we dont do this all day)

Now i will say, Chain is from the singularities, and can close things on a conceptual level- but since CM Type 2 is restricted, it will act basically like normal magic chains. Just pointing it out

But yeah
(im trying my best here)

just saying the importance of CM type 2 can change at any time, now in PG3D there is a guy that can be Beyond dimensional existence or Low 1-C/1-A in the current event which is constantly updated and lasts until the end of the month and we are getting many cosmology improvements, I wouldn't be surprised if there was CM at some point

True yeah if the battle is still being debated when that stuff comes up and is posted on the wiki, i guess having CM 2 for Binah being allowed to help her out
But for now
DrGreyMan i believe is leaning more towards Binah. Nobody else has said much, think you could find some folks to give their opinions (cause we cant ping)

I think Binah takes this one. The Third Eye's mental resistance probably won't help since WHITE damage is 4D and BLACK damage has Resistance Negation. And while the skin with Inorganic Physiology(Type 2) could probably work I think The Player would only know what WHITE/BLACK damage does after he's already hit by it, which by then would probably already be too late.

Appears there are two votes for Binah. Would like to close this one today, so more votes the better

Yeah, that should work out. I’m probably gonna try and close out all the matches tomorrow so we can get a move on

Alright, everyone. Go over the arguments and whatnot, and tell me who you thinks who wins. Right now, it looks like Binah would be moving on
