This is only about the Mew feat. That's it. No more information other than the Mew feat. Azzy accepted cross universal range, spatial manipulation, and portal creation. The only thing to be discussed is whether the feat is 4-C or not. And we need translations for that.

Ex is me ? One thing, I do not do most of the translations. I have two friends who did this, but I am not in contact with them because I am not using facebook (I am having problems and therefore I can not access facebook), unfortunately I can not talk to them to help you (That's also why I did not use the Appmon game for his characters).

Do we have anyone else who can translate, that's active at this point?
What's the feat? Also, I could ATTEMPT to translate.... But my knowledge of Japanese is somewhat limited. I tend to use that in combination with things like online translators, dictionaries, etc. I could probably get a rough translation of it, but I'm definitely not the most effective, sorry to say. :(

Mostly offering because apparently others aren't available right now.

From what I've understood, Mew created the place as a haven for Pokémon spirits who have been hurt by humans. Mewtwo has been shown warping it, in which random snowstorms have started right after he left and stuff.

Speaking as the one who viewed & translated the manga for Cal's convenience, (although, I'd bet my translation is far from perfect.) I should clarify that prior to making said snowstorm, if my memory serves, it had been telling the protagonists to accept their punishment for trespassing. Again, rough translation. But yes, the snow did begin falling after Mewtwo disappeared, but the action that caused the snowstorm (The "invocation" I suppose?) occurred while Mewtwo was present.

Also, arguing in favor of Cal's side in this case, I suppose the snowstorm did also progress after Mewtwo disappeared after initiating it.

Sorry if I'm giving you a bit of trouble, Cal. Still, I feel it would be good if we had other people interested in this topic give the manga a look. Albeit, the pages are still in Japanese, but plenty of people, me included can offer at least a rough translation.

Should we get a link to it in here?

If it is legit, i think it should scale only to Mew and Mewtwo with a new key from the source.

Pardon the delay. Anyway, it'd take some time to get a transcript, & I'm a little distracted lately, so for now, I'll just link the pages I feel are relevant & try to provide some commentary. I'm sure capable users can also provide translations, if need be. (Sorry about any inconvenience.)

Start of chapter, page 45: http://jb2448.info/picture.php?/20857/category/1878 (I THINK the last at all relevant (for our discussion.) page to the chapter is page 59 , as Mew appears in the sky in the background.)

Page 46 has some set-up & a little discussion about the area the protagonists go to.

Pokemon spirits seem to appear. http://jb2448.info/picture.php?/20858/category/1878 http://jb2448.info/picture.php?/20859/category/1878 They seem to have some bad feelings regarding humans, & one of our protagonists hears quite a bit of that, I think. Page 48 is also when the entrance -some sort of portal- to what I believe is called "Mew's Forest".

Pages 49, 50, & 51: http://jb2448.info/picture.php?/20860/category/1878 http://jb2448.info/picture.php?/20861/category/1878 Our protagonists, along with their Pikachu & Squirtle enter. http://jb2448.info/picture.php?/20862/category/1878

Page 52: What appears to be Mewtwo & with warnings to the intruding humans. http://jb2448.info/picture.php?/20863/category/1878 Almond (the boy) wonders if Mewtwo created an exit. Around the last panel, after the warnings & Mewtwo's departure, the snow begins to fall.

Page 53. Story continues, the snow has already blanketed what of the forest is shown. Marron (the girl) seems to be thinking that at this rate (My translation isn't perfect, so I'm not sure if she means about the rate of snowfall, or if they keep exploring.) they'll freeze to death. http://jb2448.info/picture.php?/20864/category/1878 I'm also not sure of the timeframe, unfortunately.

Another appearance by Mewtwo. I'm not sure if it's not a flashback or such, given the slightly different dialogue, but there's also a lack of sound effects indicating it showing up, & I'm not sure context suggests against it being a flashback either. http://jb2448.info/picture.php?/20865/category/1878 Also, Almond tells Pikachu & Squirtle to help out. Although I'm not sure what they do, given that it happens off-screen/between panels. In any case, our protagonists take shelter in a cave.

Page 55, & 56. http://jb2448.info/picture.php?/20866/category/1878 http://jb2448.info/picture.php?/20867/category/1878 After some thought about their friends & concern, Pikachu & Squirtle run out of the caves to protest, in praise of their trainers, how they're their friends, & not all humans are bad.

Page 57: In response to all that, Mewtwo appears, seemingly with a "sad look" on its face. http://jb2448.info/picture.php?/20868/category/1878 Mew is then sighted. At the end of this page (Bottom left corner.) a sound-effect like ÒâûÒé¬ appears.

A somewhat similar sound effect appears at the start (Upper right corner.) of page 58. The fact that Marron states that where they are now is just outside her house suggests to me they were teleported, but it may be up to interpretation. Also possibly up to interpretation is some dialogue between Marron & Almond if Mew really was there, if it was Mewtwo's power.

Finally, on page 59, Mew appears in the sky in the background. http://jb2448.info/picture.php?/20870/category/1878

As far as I can tell, the other pages aren't relevant to this story. Sorry about the messy format. Later, I can probably get to typing up some transcriptions for this thread, but I'm sure more able translators could provide quicker & more reliable transcriptions & likely translations as well, so any willing to help would be appreciated.

Hopefully this helps you all evaluate this stuff, & sorry about being so late getting around to this.

Feat is creating the alternate dimension. Not the weather manipulation with it. It just shows that they can warp it to their whim.

Well, Pokémon Legendary profiles are composite, so them two in general. But no one else, as it'd be an outlier (well, not really, but it's best to not start controversy and look a gift horse in the mouth)

It distorts the stars and the space between them actually.

Anyway I agree with High 4-C Mew and Mewtwo

Don't give anyone ideas Gargoyle (Implying everyone isnt already thinking that).

I need sleep but I wanna be there for that mess, that's gonna be a wild ride.

If Mew created a dimension with a sun I see no problem with Mew and those who scale being High 4-C.
Mew did it in this Original Manga Story , so there are no other Legendaries in that story to scale them from, unlike the Anime and Adventures. Now, there was a sequel set in Gen 3, but no legendary appeared.

Fun fact. Said manga does have Ash and Misty in it, so there is some correlation to the anime.

So does Electric tale of Pikachu, that aint anime canon though. (Although we got a blatant superhuman in that, can kick gyaradose's asses and run on water).

Actually, it's an AU to them. Though, because of that, Matt's still right.

However, there should be a note. I propose this:

"Note: The feat Mew and Mewtwo are scaled to happened in a manga that predates generation 3. Given that not only this precedes the existence of any Pokémon who'd scale to the duo, but this also surpasses any feat they have done and messes with scaling, the Pokémon that are scaled to Mew and Mewtwo are scaled to their best feat from the games, anime, or main manga, which is High 6-A."
