Just stop. It doesn't matter what hax godzilla has because a low 2-c will always beat a 3-a character. 3-A characters are literally fictional to low 2-c characters.

Star has Building Level durability tho, and, if speed isn't equal, she is not going to hit Godzilla any time soon, not with that MFTL+ reaction speed.

Actually no. Her profile does say she has Building Level durability. However that isn't stopping her from Time stopping on a Low 2-C Scale with her wand. And Godzilla has no resistance to that.

Weaknesses: Star Butterfly can be irrational, hyperactive and not the smartest of princesses. She also does not have a full understanding of the places or planets she is not particularly aware of other than Mewni, such as Earth. Also, she has yet to understand the fullest potential of the wand's power.

We are answering on tier alone because low 2-c exist on a higher plane of existence than 3-a. Star sneezes at Godzilla and he ceases to exist.
