Well, Skeletron's projectiles move at 82021.02 Miles per hour, and Sans moves faster than Chara who moves at the speed of light, and 82021.02 Miles per hour is 1% or less of the speed of light. So Sans is moving 100% or more than Skeletron. While Skeletron has a strength, and a Durability advantage (even with Karmic Retribution, He is solid as a brick, because all skeletron has done is curse an old man and kill one terrarian, that we know of), But Sans has the biggest speed advantage I have ever seen. Sans is also a lot Smarter than him, Capable of Knowing your sins without a word from you, and he can Fire laser blasts just as fast as he moves. Sans can keep dodging his slow attacks, and firing fast and strong ones his way. Not to mention his teleportation and telekinesis, It's a whole other level for Skeletron's Magic and Slow attacks. WINNER SANS
 
Even if we ignore his hax Sans just lolblitzes as he's pretty much at or near the peak of MHS+

I equalized speed to make this more fair.
 
considering that it isn't specified, i'm going to assume this is berserk skeletron. so he wins, because he no-sells soul attack from the end-game terrarian and KR won't work bacause skeletron has never killed ( at least from what we know), also he can go intangible to dodge the attacks that aren't soul-based
 
Going off raw game stats, it would take a pretty long goddamn time considering just how much health Skeletron has, If this is Berserk Skeletron, then he No-Sells all Sans soul attacks and keeps tanking everything he has, it takes severeal In-Game days of fighting to kill a Berserk Skeletron, stamina like that is something Sans doesn't have, not to mention a Berserk Skeltron never recoils, never goes away and never stops attacking.
 
Frisk's/Chara's soul resistance is really just "take it like a regular attack"
 
To put this into perspective. Sans killed a near 2-B being with two shots with his durability negation. I think it'll take maybe 2 or 3 gasterblasters to kill here. Also KR is soul poison that ignores durability, not an increase of damage based off of someone's sins as opposed to what some people might say.
 
This match would be over before it even started thanks to Sans bone manipulation and Skeletron is just made of bones LOLOLOLOLOL
