Lavos(Time Devourer) vs Asriel Dreemur

So Bill vs Lavos is next?

Well, Asriel seems a higher end of 2-A, can ignore dura to an extent via SOUL magic and he could be able to prevent Lavos from taking actions via the AoD, but that's about it.

Lavos has its broken resurrection, and Asriel probably can't deal with it quickly because he lacks multiversal+ range, as well as soul manipulation on its own and memory manipulation so it could try to do what Frisk did (doubt that it would work though).

So I think that Lavos could win in a war of attrition. He is going to die quite a lot of times, but Asriel's inability to affect infinite timelines at once is what really kills him here.

Edit: Oh, and I think that Lavos's regen negation could help it deal with SAVE and LOAD

In terms of stats, its a complete tie, but Lavos ends up having more potent hax such as Non-Corporeality, Fate Manipulation, Acausality, etc. So I am giving it to Lavos.

My vote goes to Lavos, Asriel will eventually fail to keep up with him , and Asriel has no form of coming back from the death the same way Lavos does

@Quag

Asriel has SAVE and LOAD.

Also, try to write everything in a single comment or the thread gets cluttered

Cant Lavos prevent Asriel from SAVING/LOADING via his own Time Manip? Asriel's resurrection is on Lavos range, while Lavos' resurrection is outside of Asriel's

@Kaltias Don't give me ideas. If Lavos emerges victorious from this one, he faces Bill.

Now for clarification, yes, Lavos should be of a higher end of 2-A. UT has countless timelines, CT has endless. Meaning even Save and Load wouldn't *a-hem* SAVE Asriel here since if all Timelines are gone, there's nowhere to save. Meaning that if/when Asriel goes down, he's staying dead.

Time Devourer: 3 (Kaltias, FanofRPGs, Quagsire)

Asriel: 0

Inconclusive: 0

Asriel already fought Bill

Edit ninja'd ovo

Yeah, but base Asriel is infinitely stronger than someone who can destroy all the countless timelines, so it should be already equal to destroying endless timelines. And full power Asriel is faaaar above that.

Good point about the SAVE and LOAD though

See, Cal, you're safe this time. Azzy gave his blessings to the fellow Eldritch Abomination.

Time Devourer: 5 (Kaltias, FanofRPGs, Quagsire, The real cal howard, Azathoth the Abyssal Idiot)

Asriel: 0

Inconclusive: 0

I could have swear I've seen a thread for this two before, or maybe I'm delusional.

Anyway, Lavos for reasons above.

Aaaaand it's done. Lavos emerges victorious. Since it was unanimous, go ahead and add this one, Cal, before it's too late. ovo Just kidding. Next up, Lavos vs Bill as soon as this one gets closed.

Time Devourer: 7 (Kaltias, FanofRPGs, Quagsire, The real cal howard, Azathoth the Abyssal Idiot, Ultima Reality, Chrisras)

Asriel: 0

Inconclusive: 0
