Kagutsuchi for a multitude of reasons. Omnipresent vs Massively FTL. Normally speed is a nonfactor when it comes to cosmic level battles, but that is because pretty much everybody is either Immeasurable or Omnipresent. Equalize speed lest this become a stomp. Regardless Darkseid is outmatched in pretty much every department, he has greater immortality, and the amazing Mid-Godly Regen to boot. Almighty attacks, buffing, and overall superiority take this.
