Sephiroth (Final Fantasy) vs Cell (Dragon Ball)

Base Sephiroth should be able to defeat Imperfect, Semi-Perfect Cell and Perfect Cell with limit breaks, and should kill Super Perfect Cell with Supernova if he is Safer Sephiroth.
 
Is this Safer or Normal Sephiroth? I think it might be even with Safer (Then Cell kills him via solar kamehameha), but normal Sephiroth gets stomped.
 
Sephiroth was just updated, does that change your answer?

EDIT: Then in that case, Safer Sephiroth wins via Supernova.

What does his limit breaks do? IIRC normal Sephrioth is only building level and hypersonic while Imperfect and Semi-Perfect Cell were small star level and relativistic.

Also it takes ages for the asteroid to get to the sun while it takes tops a minute for Cell to cause a Sun-Busting Kamehameha (The reason why it takes longer in the anime is cinematic timing)
 
Lolwut? Sephiroth is at least Large Planet Level and FTL+ normally, likely Small Star Level with limit breaks and Star Level+ with Supernova as Safer Sephiroth.
 
And why exactly would Cell wins. They're equal in every stat besides speed. Cloud is simply at least 20 times faster than him...
 
Sephiroth's meteor is insanely fast, it flies toward and then passes through the entire Galaxy in a matter of mere moments.
 
I'm gonna go with Tie As supernova Would kill cell but Cell has IT so he could Teleport away then again Sephoroth might win ........ Hm yeah Ima change my answer to Sephoroth
 
Well, Sephiroth is much faster than Cell, so he could likely use Supernova before Cell could react.
 
Yeah I think it could go either way with Cell's regen + IT.

But again, Sephiroth is quite faster...
 
Sephriroth can only win with Supeenova, but it has to travel across the galaxy to reach Cell. None of Sephriroth's attacks would hurt Cell, but Cell's AoE can certainly land a hit on him.
 
The fact that it could travel across the galaxy in moments would allow it to reach them quickly (Also, he could just summon it closer to them).

Also, it's unlikely Cell could hit Sephiroth, even with AOE moves, because Sephiroth could just dodge them.
 
Nah, it's roughly in the Sub-Relativistic range (Reached the moon in a little more than ten seconds).
