If he "only" has Mid Godly in this form, then Pontos out of sheer brute strength. And yes. He can make that matter in a tier 2 fight.

Umm.....why does Lucifer without his Morningstar powers have mid godly Regenerationn?
As far as i remember he only regenerated from fatal wounds like having his heart ripped out of his chest etc.

If weakened lucifer is strong as Azazel then he should be easily be able to defeat Pontos . Even factions like lord of chaos and order feared azazel and morpheus in the seasons of mists storyline . Lord of chaos and order respresents light and darkness and in they reated the whole Multiverse from void and defines the fate of all realities and dimensions .
