Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Pegasus Ryusei Ken: (Pegasus Meteor Fist) Pegasus Seiya elevates and burns his Cosmos, tracing the Stars of the Pegasus Constellation with his hands, his fiery aura growing and flowing around him. Upon reaching the peak of his power, said aura manifests as the image of a Pegasus. Focusing his Cosmos within his right fist, he releases a great quantity of his power in the form of many Beams of Cosmic Energy. Originally, when Seiya was only capable of reaching speeds of Mach 1, he was capable of releasing merely 100 Meteors. However, as his control of Cosmos and speed increased, so did the number of Meteors / Shooting Stars, being around 100 Million to 1 Billion at Faster than Light Speeds, and likely Hundreds of Trillions in his most powerful forms.
  • Pegasus Rolling Crush: Rushing towards his opponent, Pegasus Seiya grapples his foe from behind to immoblize them. Then, burning his Cosmos to it's limit, both Seiya and his enemy are surrounded by a massive aura, which eventually propels both Seiya and his enemy towards the skies above at insane speeds. Finally, they descend to the Earth again at the same speed, eventually crashing into the ground, dealing great damage.
  • Pegasus Suisei Ken: (Pegasus Comet Fist) Pegasus Seiya's most powerful attack. He burns his Cosmos to it's limits, heavily focusing his energy in his right fist. Then, instead of releasing said energy in the form of his Pegasus Meteor Fist, Seiya combines each of his Meteors into one massive, extremely powerful Comet of Cosmo Energy, which he fires towards his opponent.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Immortality (Types 1 and 8), Flight, Magic, Dream Manipulation, Time Manipulation, Time Stop, Abstract Existence, Non-Corporeal, Telekinesis, Fate Manipulation, Air Manipulation, Possession, Summoning, Reality Warping, Fire Manipulation, Plant Manipulation, Petrification, Precognition, Duplication, Mind Manipulation, Able to create people from paintings and memories, Can transform into a shadow, Able to impose his will upon inanimate objects, Can bestow his powers upon others, Can create runes

Attack Potency: High Universe level (Embodies the Void, an alternate dimension that is described as being infinite in size)

Speed: Infinite, likely Omnipresent

The Outsider's versitility and hax well surpass Pegasus Saiya's, in my opinion, so I'll have to vote for the Outsider.
 
He's shown capable of manipulating the entire void and everything in it simultaneously, in fact he's had to do that ever since he became one with the void.

There's also the fact that there's really nothing stopping him from stopping time, going to earth, finding something to link Seiya's Fate to such as a fish then crushing said fish.
 
Yes, actually. In Lost Canvas we see that the larger your cosmos the biggest your resistance to time hax is.

Kairos' (The God of Time) passive cosmos already is enough to time stop for every normal human and even 6th Sense users, but he actually has to cast a Time Stop attack to time-stop Gold Saints, and even then Pope Shion managed to overcome it with his sheer cosmos.

Don't believe me I can get scans (I understand if you don't, it's the type of stuff you'd expect to hear from DB wankers, but in this case it's true).
 
aren't the stronger saint seiya characters all acausal? so the whole linking his fate to a fish or whatever would never work.


Seiya seems immune to pretty much any hax the outsider has.
 
Is there anything Seiya can do to the Outsider? If there isn't, then I'm leaning inconclusive here.

Taurus Teneo finds rookie Saints frozen in times, but he isn't affected:

Translated: I didn't do anything. Their Time stopped because their cosmos' are weak, that's all. Now, the Sanctuary is trapped within my temporal barrier.

Kairos can actually Time-Stop Gold Saints with his strongest attacks but Aspros renders himself immune to Aspros' time manipulation entirely in their fight.

So I don't think Time Hax would affect High 3-A Seiya.

Kairos can use the technique "Marvelous Room" to crack open a vortex in space-time, reducing you to quantum particles and also erasing your soul. It can also be used to trap you in places devoid of space and time.

However, Aspros and Defteros weren't killed by the Marvelous Room, rather their souls merged into one. So they became much more powerful, but still weaker than a God Saint.

Look how the fight between Merged Aspros / Defteros and Kairos went:

Aspros states that a "Crude space" like the Marvelous Room would never trap / destroy him.

Kairos tries to time stop, doesn't work. Aspros shows one of the most impressive space-time hax I've ever seen to nullify it. "Time itself is in a certain state of non-function".

Real Kairos uses his most powerful attack on Aspros, "Real Marvelous", which is a Reality Warping / Time Warping attack that allows him to control his opponent in the way a puppet-master would control his marionettes. "You're nothing more than puppets dancing vainly on the stage of time." "Things won't go according to your script".

So I don't think that the Outsider's time hax can affect Seiya in the slightest, since God Cloth Seiya > Aspros by an infinite amount.
 
Pretty sure. Perseus Algol has the Shield of Medusa which does exactly what it implies. Since he's only a Silver Saint his abilities simply wouldn't work on those of a high-ranking Gold Saint.

If I recall, Leo Aiolia also resisted being transmutated by a casual Pontos, and Petrification is a form of transmutation.
 
No one's given reasons on how Seiya can win yet though. Only on how he can resist some of what the Outsider has.
 
I think Matt has explained how much better his Hax are and him resisting everything.

At best outsider links his fate to a fish and crushes it before dying.
 
Also i just realized i never added the Outsider's Time Travel to his profile, would that change anything?
 
Why is seiya's durability universe level+? Surviving attacks from a 2-C character even if extremely causal would still give hum multi-universe level durability.

I don't think you can judge attacks like that.

It's like saying non-god Vegeta surviving attacks from an extremely casual Beerus makes him 3-A.
 
Universal+ comes from the fact that Seiya survived having his heart and soul pierced with Hades' sword after being healed by Athena, although the attack left him in a catatonic state and his cosmos had to constantly be burned to avoid his body and soul being torn by Hades' curse.
 
That does not sound like a durability feat

That sounds like him being pierced by a sword and taking lethal wounds, which means his durability was not enough to stop it, then only surviving because of Athena's healing and his cosmos
