Ok, a lot of things actually.
First, Ultio R at the start of the series (as in Chapter 1) has his arm broken by Jin Mo-Ri (he probably wasn't putting all his effort into blocking, but still...). So unless Jin is Star Level at the series start, I think Ultio needs multiple keys. My thought is:
BoS | Bishop | King Absorbed | Energy Absorbed
BoS would be superior but in the same tier as BoS Jin. Bishop would be on the level of characters such as Park Mujin and Escalios (Small Island level). King Absorbed is obviously after he absorbs the physical power of the King, so that would be the same as the King's tier. Energy Absorbed refers to when he has absorbed the power of the collapsing Divine Realm, the Energy Stones placed around the world, and eaten several of the Gods.
At all levels, Ultio R should have regen (At least Low-Mid). Both Bishop Byron and Taek Jae-Kal, who used fragments of Ultio R's Greed power, were able to regenerate, Byron being able to regenerate a new human body from his true self (the spear), and Taek being able to regenerate completely after Jin Mo-Ri destroyed his arms and the lower half of his body. And these people were only using fragments of the Greed power, whereas Ultio R is the Greed itself.
Also, Ultio has the ability to absorb spiritual beings with Greed, as Taek Jae Kal was able to absorb and control the Mage, Jack the Ripper, and other spiritual beings when they were lending their powers to other characters.
His Energy Absorbed range should be made as planetary/multi-continental, as in the most recent chapters he was able to cover the entire surface of the earth with his Greed.
Also, I don't know what power this would qualify as, but with the Energy Absorbed, Ultio was able to completely destroy, not simply unlock, the seal placed on humans by the gods. Maybe just "can break sealings" as one of his powers?
That's all for now, but I'll probably think of more in time.
Edit No 1: A recent chapter apparently has Ultio absorb the power of 666:Satan and Odin simply via contact with Greed, causing them to fall unconscious. Although this should wait until the chapter has been translated into english, Ultio may have the power to absorb simply by contact instead of completely consuming the target.
Edit No 2: As Otaku said, he can also use the King's fundamental force manipulation, though not to the same precision as the King/Han Dae Wi,
Edit No 3: R can also summon spiritual forms of the God's he's absorbed to attack for him, these gods being Jupiter, Satan, Odin, Michael, Hera, Hades, - basically all the Gods. However, if they have only had their power stolen as opposed to being completely devoured, these spiritual forms can resist his control.
