Staff only: One Piece speed upgrade?

I have been told that this is iwandesu's opinion regarding the issue:

"There is a clear delay between the moment he activates Yata Mirror and begins to move as light Nothing stops Rayleigh from doing the obvious and aimhit him"

Although i'm not from the calc members, i would say that this is most likely a Outlier.

At the time of this Arc the best speed feat was...High Hypersonic i believe. At best Massively Hypersonic with Massively Hypersonic+ travel speed (or Kizaru with Lightspeed travel speed).

If Rayleight was Sub-Rel like someone say in that calc, then Kizaru too because he was able to fight against him without problem.

IF Kizaru was that fast, therefore the rest of the admirals too...and that makes some wierd power-scaling. The admirals would be speed blitzing to right and left everyone during the Marine Ford Arc.

The jump in the speed scale is quite humongous.

@Kami I think were revisting Enel and his lighting in another thread so the gap will probably be much smaller if that thread upgrades the characters.

@KamiYasha Okay. That makes sense. Thank you for the evaluation.

Looking at the feat itself at the time, it seemed that the beam of light had already been fired before Rayleight started to move, meaning Rayleight's movement would have been due to pure speed (and not precog, etc).

But then, what are the chances of this not being an outlier anyways?

Quite limited, I suppose.

If I may:

Kizaru's beam was already reflecting off of the tree and towards Usopp and Brook. We see the panel in which Kizaru turns into light and begins to travel, but Rayleigh intercepted him.

In the next page, we see that Kizaru was cut across his cheek, which suggests that Rayleigh's sword swing should have been fast enough for the tip to cut across Kizaru's cheek while having turned into light and begun his travel, whether or not he was aiming for his head.

The jump does not seem abnormal due to us only getting to know the low tiers of the verse--the rookies like Luffy. We never got to see a high tier, let alone top tiers fight for real.

Well, given the new calculation of Doflamingo's speed feat of slicing a meteor, this is starting to look far more plausible.
