Mortal Kombat Upgrade

Large Town level can be consistent, after all Tremor can ruin a city and Sub-Zero froze one.

I will upgrade the verse, but give some time to think how to adjust some characters.

Raiden in the comic causes the storm to come to them, the attacks from the storm.

I don't want to sound rude, but I prefer a scan over your word. Can you show it? Anyway, you should ask someone to calculate Rain blotting out the sky

Well, I suppose that this seems reasonable then.

This is another feat via enviroment destruction, shouldn't be scalable, isn't even usable in combat since Raiden attack mostly with lightnings.

Well, I suppose that it is arguable, with either interpretation being valid. So no harm done.

So shouldn't all Weather characters like Storm have their powers be rated as only Environmental Destruction?

Again, creating a thunderstorm is just enviroment destruction, and isn't scalable to no one, Raiden attack mostly with just lightnings.

I'm more interested in the statement about Kano, can he nuke a city with that weapon?

Judging by Kano's choice of dialogue, i'd say he was trying to avoid full citywide destruction...not 100% sure but that's where i'm leaning.

ˆOh welp, I though that he has some kind of special weapon with him, but if he only threatered the city doesn't means much.

Can SOMEONE link the full feat, proving that Raiden did in fact cause the lightning storm?

Edit: By the way, Antoniofier, there is no such thing as "Environmental Destruction". To produce to Thunderstorm from scratch, energy is required, energy that is measured in Joules. If the character can cause Thunderstorms through his energy, and he can fire / wield energy in combat, then it's scalable.

I think that Matthew makes sense.

I think is called enviroment destruction (I think), we were discussing this in a RWBY thread (can't link cuz is already lost in notification); you create a thunderstorm, yeah High 7-C of whatever was calculed, but then what? anything including physical strength and durability becomes that with no reason, also, since people consider lightning being 8-C this would be rather and anti-feat since Raiden can hurt people with those lightning; however, I consider lightnings as durability negation, so nothing to do with durability.

@Antoniofer

If the character has other ways of projecting energy, like a lightning beam or whatnot, and not only do some opponents survive it, but they also wrestle in physical combat, then it scales to AP and Durability.

Anyway. The only thing I see in the first two scans is the storm falling, and Raiden collapsing on Scorpion as a thunderbolt.

Guess I'll have to read the issue myself.
