Arceus Hax Revision

Just remembered this too from the Hoopa movie. Consideraing that Arceus gave humans powers and abilities after they established communication with him, but more importantly, Barza and Mary's grandfather, and that he was able to master that power, enough to have creation abilities (to an extent) to create a bottle which could seal away Hoopa and its powers.....I think Arceus (who should logically be given this due to having the powers in the first place before giving them away and shouldnt have difficulty using them given mere humans can wield them) should be allowed to aquire:

• Sealing

• Hax and Power Negation without even needing the plates

• Can decrease the effectiveness and quality of Hax since Hoopa's hax in his Confined Form is much weaker than in his Unbound form and the Pokedex confirms this as well

And that should be it unless others have anything else they want to add

Any issues with this or no?

Talking about Arceus: did the Moon and Sun editions add something? the Ultra Space or whatever is its name, created by arceus (or the creation trio), right? Does that account for anything?

I dont think the Red Chain does any of this other than controlling Pokemon, especially when it comes to Power and Hax Negation but I could be wrong.

Aren't the Red Chains the reason Dialga and Palkia was summoned to the lower-dimensional world? Feat
