Wait isnt Old Man Z just Ichigo's quincy powers? Why should he get his hollow powers?

Old man Z is Ichigo's shinigami, hollow, and quincy powers merged into one (the reforged version, that is). First version was only shinigami powers, post Mugetsu I'd say its Shinigami+hollow (since they fused prior to that) and after Ichigo awakened his quincy blood, you can tell.

When was that stated? I only remember Old Man Z as Ichigo's quincy powers and nothing more, given they werent Ichigo's real powers which resulted in Ichigo getting new Zanpakto's with the real Zangetsus.
