Cell vs The Batter

The Batter
Cell 2


Both of these combatants have fought some truly bizarre beings, but how do they fare against each other?

Battle Start: Two thousand feet away from each other, on opposite ends of the Cell Games Arena.

Cell Games Arena


The Batter gets all of his standard equipment, both are at maximum potential. Who wins? Be sure to state your reasoning.
 
I Always wanna make this battle someday but since it's here.

Does Batter goes into his bad Batter form? Or no?
 
I'm... actually not sure that's even a transformation. Some things I've read say that it's not an actual transformation so much as a change in the player's perception of the character. Let's say he does for the sake of this battle, however.

I'm pretty sure Batter is always just the Batter. He appears mysterious and you want to believe he's doing the right thing throughout the adventure, but when you realize just how messed up his actions are and the player stops controlling him, you see him in an entirely new way. A very, very bad way...

Anyway, yeah. It's possible Batter may just always be around 4-C.

So, what are you going with for this one as far as verdict?
 
Don't know if Batter can survive Cell's Super Kamehameha as it's was about to wipe out a sun and all.

It be funny if the batter swing the bat to the blast and and it hit cell back lol.
 
Also, Cell has Regenerationn. So the batter needs to destroy everything of cell's body to beat him for good.

Batter has his rings, right? If so, probably Batter. Makes the fight more like 4 Batters vs Cell.
 
He does, because they are clearly defined as equipment and therefore are not outside help. It's like four bodies with one mind.
 
Alright.

...starting this makes me want to see this as an actual boss fight in game, hehe.

So, anyone else?
 
Going by the Batter's profile, he's much faster than Cell and a bit stronger. Cell's only saving grace here is his Regenerationn, and I don't think it's enough.
 
I'm going with the Batter by what i've seen of Cells stats and Batters stats. It's true that Cell has regen that allows him to regenrate even if so much as one piece of him still remains intact, but the batter is like Multi Star level, or otherwise High 4-C and has Lightspeed so again, siding with the batter here.
 
Going by stats, Batter wins based on Speed advantage, combined with higher Attack Potency and Durability. Cell's Regenerationn will only delay the inevitable.
