I am leaning towards sasuke due to hax advantage, that and, you know, the naruto verse actually has country to continent level feats, unlike yyh...

Sasuke. They're around the same speed, but Sasuke has better DC and better hax.

Sasuke and Hiei are both comparable in speed but that's it. Hiei has Continent level DC and Durability while Sasuke has Moon level DC and Durability. Sasuke stomps Hiei and then proceeds to solo the entire verse.

Seriously someone actually made this thread. Well Sasuke stomps I guess. Naruto has legit Continent Level feats while YYH only has a pitiful Large Island feat from Sensui the rest is statements.
So yeah Sasuke stomps because of Superior DC, Durability, most likely Speed and hax.

Sasuke is Mach 4,124.6+ while Hiei is Mach 1,000+. So Sasuke is faster but not that much faster.

Naruto God and Top tiers are mach 4,124.6+ by a calc, and this calc is accepted on this wiki along with a few others. So good luck trying to tell us that Naruto and the rest aren't supersonic when they are over 4,000 times faster than sound. Calc > opinion.

The problem with your argument is that there are plenty of feats in the series that are way faster than supersonic. And going by your source Kishimoto only said that bullets were faster than shuriken. There were already supersonic genin in part 1, for example Sasuke dodged Zaku's supersonic sound wave.Pikatoo said:

He never said theyre slower than bullets. He said that guns simply aren't in the world because he wanted to keep the weapons technology at a relatively basic level to be more ideal. What kind of ninja world would it be when youre constantly bunkered down against machine gun fire. Not very Ninja-ish.
As for this fight, if Hiei gets in close before Sasuke can put up his Susanoo, then he will beat Sasuke to a bloody pulp. However this is unlikely since sasuke has greater speed. And since you equalized chakra=spirit energy then Hiei will likely be put in a genjutsu off the bat.

Yeah honestly. It's one thing the author saying they can't do something, and them never doing it.
But say, the author says that a character can't move faster than light, and then that character traverses a Galaxy in 10 minutes. The authors words mean nothing there.
Naruto is a similar case, with them displaying much more than supersonic speed.

I wounder if the Sharigan trumps the Jagan Eye I highly dought that Hiei's Jagan form would so anything and Hiei's Sword breaks alot thought the could use the darkness sword still Hiei did fight on par with one of the three Kings but theres the fact that Unlike Sasuke Hiei can't charge his Demon Energy
