No, all of these "feats" scream Outlier

Also Darwin didn't even destroy the universe, it was just a humorous end transition

That's because they're High 4-C bullets, as they can consistently injure another High 4-C character

This is has been brought up several times, Gumball is far too inconsistent. The Console, someone who is 3-A at best, almost defeated him with a single attack.

Not a durability feat, it was just weird stuff going on, like everybody being transmuted, and even if it was, it's still an Outlier compared to the consistent amount of tier 9-8 feats in the verse

This. I also love how he seems to forget that the physical explosion of the Big Bang is only 3-B, not that it would make any difference since all the arguments are outliers and fallacies galore.
