Waluigi VS Silver the Hedgehog (Grace)

Waluigi has a massive AP advantage over him, but Silver is very likely to use his stum ability to paralyse him and eventually use some of his other powers such as BFR via Chaos Control or use the wisps eventually

In short, I vote Silver for my reasons above
 
I'm not sure if Color Powers were relegated to Optional Equipment or not because Silver's page treats it like they're not Optional by listing them in his standard key but doesn't list them as Standard Equipment.

Waluigi only has AP really going for him, maybe Transmutation, but I don't think he uses it as a lead or anything like that. Silver is obviously rather prone to spamming the **** out of his Psychokinesis so Waluigi won't be necessarily getting too close. Stunning seems to be a viable option too as mentioned above. He goes for BFR/Sealing not too long after. W for Silver.
 
Yup. Waluigi is also waaay less haxed than Luigi so Silver can keep him away from one shotting him
