Erma Williams shouldn't be 8-C

Why?

1. The feat in question is actually Environmental Destruction and via haxs so they shouldn't physically scale to it

2. The feat would actually be High 8-C

As for her stats, she should be 9-B physically and have class 10 lifting Strength due to these calculations and her durability should be 9-B too

That's all I need to say

Those calcs definitely need to be checked before applying them. Which I can do later I guess. Why would a feat of Rin apply to Erma's physical strength, though?

As for the avalanche thing... that was not environmental destruction. Erma isn't using a special giant snow wave creation power that doesn't scale to her other supernatural capabilities here. It should be a valid feat for her supernatural power. Also, she never physically scaled to it.

For it to be High 8-C I would want to see a calc of it.

Are we going to ignore the fact that she's made adult ghosts struggle before and she other 9-B's I can post in a second

Why would we assune that the other ghosts are weaker? Their are more 9-B feats I could post but I'm tired rn

Are you aware of the purpose of the Striking Strength statistic? It's for listing the characters physical AP, where as the AP section is for the general AP. Some people like being redundant by listing the physical AP in the AP section a second time. I just don't have that habit.

She made her mother struggle... who doesn't scale to Rin either for all we know. I would suspect that Naga in general are physically stronger than Ghosts as a species, while Ghosts have stronger supernatural powers. Of course that's only speculation on my part, but point is that I don't think there is any real reason to scale Rin to any other character physically.
