Since the last Pesterquest route will likely need to be in the Epilogues/HS^2 revision, let's do the rest of it while waiting.
Things for everyone (but MSPAR, cause he sucks)
So, it's mainly to thing
Cosmic/4th Wall Awareness or both: I'll give scans if needed, but it's something which is shown everywhere in Pesterquest (and even in Homestuck). Dad giving John's gift in advance because MSPAR will mess things, Karkat/Jade/bunchofdudes acknowledging the changes as "not what's supposed to be", Equius recognizing the "narrative authority" of T-Pose Man without knowing anything about it, etc...
Resistance to Heat for Kids, Trolls, and Guardians: This quote, which refers to the beginning of this [S ]. "It seems absolutely crazy that Bro's standing on a meteor and riding it down to Earth. Until you realize (later in this very animation) that they all came down to Earth that way as infants. So it's second nature to them in a way, and they seem inoculated to the ill effects of riding a flaming meteor, for reasons that defy any remotely defensible explanation grounded in even the most desperate feats of authorial asspull logic."
In case you think it's not enough, Dave's sun is too hot for MSPAR , to the point of him being unconscious in second (despite MSPAR being able to fight under the Alternian Sun). Even a weakling like Karkat called this sun "not hot enough" , and could easily whistand it.
MSPAR (and Retcon power in general)
Divided it in 2 because they obviously need 2 keys: a Friendsim and a Pesterquest one.
Friendsim MSPAR
Type 8 immortality (via Doc. Scratch): Doc resurrect him every times MSPAR die or mess things up . It was previously rejected because it was from another character, but since it's accepted with this character for a similar reason, I think it should be added.
Retcon/Pesterquest MSPAR
He basically should have every Retcon powers Joh has, and in term of feats, he even displayed them in a better way (like making every copy of Sburb not working or changing the fate of the troll supposed to die in Sollux's route just by saying "meh, that's fine").
The tier for his retcon power should be "At least 2-A, likely Low 1-C" sincethey evolved to be beyond Bec , but we're not sure if they're now on John's level.
He also lose his type 8 immortality (even if he's implied to have some plot armor but it's too vague for now), but gain knowledge from every of his doomed selves.
Dave Strider
Besides nearly renaming himself Gayve Strider **********, he got some minor stuff:
Pseudo-Mind Reading/4th Wall-based: Remember Namco High? Remember Davesprite reading your toughts? Dave do it in Pesterquest, all of the time (he says that it's you talking to yourself without noticing, but considering Dave being special, this likely referencing Namco High, and not even one other character noting this, it's clearly Dave being Dave).
Becquerel (sorry Jade, you didn't have enough)
Idk what it is: He can redirect TP , and do so several times
Radioctivity and Fire Manip: Radioactive fire
Doc/Lord, Gcat, and Jack should have the same.
Equius (and... Doc Scratch?)
Believe it or not, but Equius is likely the troll with the most OP addition in Pesterquest:
Acausality (type 4), Resistance to Conceptual Manipulation, or both: And this from just a bad ending. Equius's past (either because of being a Void Player or cuz Lord connection) exist in "more than one plane of truth", basically the 3 events happened in the same past despite being contradictory. Type 4 Acausality is because changing Equius' past/future wouldn't do anything, since he can have multiples "truths" at the same time. Resistance to Conceptual Manipulation would be because of not being affected if you try to change his "truth" (I'm mainly thinking about how Umineko's Red Truth do it for example), since it would just coexist with the others.
Every power of ARquiusprite (Doc.Scratch): WoG from Book 6, page 386 "Basically, the shitty male cocktail includes: Dirk + Equius + Caliborn + Half a Gamzee [...] It seems pretty clear that while Doc is alive, Dirk and Equius rise to the top, while Caliborn and Gamzee remains slumbering. And when LE is summoned, it's the opposite." I think it's pretty explicit here. And in case you think LE would not have the same powers, he has Doc's powers, so it's still the same for him.
Scourge Sisters
They just don't have enough to separate them.
Minor Fire Manipulation (Vriska): Well, she does blue fire with her dice.
Even better Extrasensory Perception (Terezi): She can sniff blood, colors, non-existent beings, and now "metaphysical nexus/impossible space."
Description for her Precognition/Clairvoyance (Terezi): Currently both are separated and the description isn't really great, so I propose "Can see the results of someone's actions accross infinite timelines". Terezi gives a good explanation in this page.
Aradia Megido
What I said for Equius may not be 100% true:
Better time manip: We already know that she mastered time like she said herself, but we get to see that she can now rewind it , and it's as OP as her time stop. Her time rewind worked on MSPAR a lots of time (despite him having a type 4 acausality), and she can even rewind from the Furhest Ring, including MSPAR encountering an Horrorterror.
Soul Manipulation/Another form of time manip: She fused every doomed selves/ghosts of MSPAR with them by "tyding up the timelines in tentative canon".
Some Mind or Plot Manip: She made a new choice appear, with a notice "this one".
Seadwellers
Eridan isn't a glass cannon, but a stone wall:
Eridan durability upgrade: During his route, he fights with Sollux and got damaged in several way. By having Ahab Crosshairs' shot exploding right before him. Sollux was also confident that he wouldn't kill Erida despite throwing him a lot of attacks, and Eridan even tanked a building throwed by Sollux + the destruction of his ship without much damage. I think his durability should be upgraded to 7-A because of this.
Limited Air/Water Manipulation (Fef): She created a breathable bubble , wow.
Gamzee Makara
Pseudo-Elasticity: He can do something which would qualify as such... by breaking his bones in the process but still not caring (likely because of Regenerationn).
Possible Resistance to Precognition/Clairvoyance: Besides the fact that Gamzee is a clown and blabla unpredictable + what is said for the Jacks, in book 6 page 205 we have this: "Terezi [...] has a greater degree of perspicacity in other ways, through her Mind aspect, her cleverness and insight into others, and so on. But she also has certain "blind spots", not unlike Doc does. [...] But probably her biggest blind spot is localized on Gamzee himself. She gives him the benefits of the doubt, overlooks the red flags, and keeps him in her life long beyond the moment when she would have cut him loose. This acute case of Clown Blidness seems to be the entire foundation of the Gamrezi debacle."
Jacks
They aren't even in Pesterquest, but Andrew just can't let a Jack without more info:
(Limited) Resistance to Precognition/Clairvoyance: There's some"strange points of uncertainty which surrounds" Jack.
What WoG says about this is: "He's nearly in the self-aware realm; through his proximity with 4th walls and such, but not quite there, leaving him in this surly place of uncanniness and unpredictability. Doc's omniscience doesn't work well when it comes to other author-tier characters, and when it comes to some (like proximity to AH himself), it renders him completely lifeless. So Jack is one of these blurry figures for Doc, often hovering around the periphery of one of his dark spots."
Conclusion
-Everyone get Cosmic Awareness/4th Wall Awareness/Mix of the two and Resistance to Heat Manip (except MSPAR)
