Can't he directly nuke her true form with the Armageddon Sapphire? Also Tissue Compression Eliminator should be able to incap I believe.

the tardis "naturally" are connected to its users so it would materialize to the master inside to save him if they are in danger that they cannot overcome iirc, also the master has precog and its destruction low 2-C is instantaneous or takes a while?
