I'm not seeing anything on Mononobe profile that could edge her against Mel here.

Unless her 'advantage' is a really big one.
 
Is her causality manip powerful though?
 
Her casualty manip state that it only grant slight advantage. That is why I'm asking how strong it is since I don't know how it work and the wiki state it that way.
