Janemba probably has the higher AP since Kid Goku is => SSJ3 due to scaling from Rildo (who is superior to Kid Buu), however Janemba is >>>> SSJ3 and fusion was required to defeat him (Mind you SSJ3 was stronger than Kid Buu, but Goku couldn't maintain the form)

Didn't Base GT Goku beat Ssj Ultimate Gohan? Or a Rildo level Gohan as he beat him in base.

GT Goku stomped SSJ Gohan when that same Gohan in base was fighting on a slightly lower level than Rildo, though Gohan wasn't overwhelmed to the point where he felt he needed SSJ
Though if we don't use the Baby Saga and just the Black Star Saga, Goku was above Rildo who was around the same level as GT Gohan, who's Ultimate Gohan + 15 years of not slacking on training. The absolute highest lowball is putting Rildo at above Super Buu level but logically he should be above Buuhan

If this is just Goku from the very start of GT (excluding M2 Goku; who I have being above his SSJ BoGT self and 3-B in Base Form), then I'd be conservative and give the edge to Janenba with Goku only winning if he manages to land his Dragon Fist.

bump, i'm also unsure of what arc Base Kid Goku GT this is, as the man gets FAR STRONGER, as the Series goes on. The man goes from SSJ3 Goku level to fighting on par with Super 17 in base before he ate his attacks, but then again GT power scaling is very inconsistent.
So I'd like to know what GT KID GOKU this is,
Anyways, GT KID GOKU has the experience fighting Janemba Before, and Janemba hasn't been proven to remember stuff or have intelligence yet still be an animal in his barebones nature like majin Buu. If Janemba is unable to capitalize on the experience thing due to lack of Intelligence, and Goku is, that's something to note.
Goku was unable to react to a few attacks from Janemba, like that one where he opened a portal to blast him, but then again, Janemba tped his Hand to Goku, he noticed it nearly instantly, but did nothing because he could do nothing after Janemba pulled the start off. With Speed equalized this is the same, because SSJ3 Goku was keeping up with Janemba anyways.
Goku though is a genius fighter, and would be able to think of something to overcome this, and would at least try to put Janemba on the backfoot.
And Janemba has been hit before, it's not like he's evaded everything, and GOKU CAN USE HIS TELPORTATION PORTALS, LIKE HOW VEGETA DID TO HIT JANEMBA.
So Goku can just Dragon Fist Janemba using his own Portals.
I give this to Goku, due to the Expierence fighting him already, and he saw Vegeta Attack Janemba doing that, and Janemba most likely has a lack of Intelligence to capitalize on this.
