Final Wars Godzilla as Kaiser has higher stamina and the ability to BFR with his attacks

FW Godzilla for round 1, while pulse-blocking should give Fire Godzilla the advantage in round 2

Edit: Nevermind, I'm misremembering something about Keizer Godzilla

MV Godzilla should win here but Godzilla's tanking ability is nothing to scoff at, especially if we upscale Ghidorah's triple beam attack from his piercing ability against itself
 
Rulers of Earth Godzilla likely has superior AP given his actual one-shot of the SpaceGodzilla trilopod when pretty drained and exhausted. On top of that, his stamina is more absurd and he has better Regenerationn and seemingly higher combat intelligence.
