Quick frank upgrade

And it should scale to Nick since Nick is younger and moreso in his prime than Frank was at this point. Really should scale to lost people yes?

Also I mean frank in DR1 survives a helicopter missile but no one seems to care about that-

I recall those. They don't have much too it. Least. Not anymore. This feat should push them
 
I mean a helicopter missile should still be pretty powerful and certainly more than three megajoules depending on what type of missile it is
 
Also make note that They can survive the Fire extinguisher Bomb which holds at least 2 to 3 sticks of Dynamite as well. Little consistency.

and Duplication as they can create weapons which have multiple chainsaws, drills, or items On them when they only had one of that item the when starting to make it.
