I've seen in the calc blog and multiple threads about Tornadoes that F3 tornadoes are not your everyday tornadoes, and that's in fact your F1 tornado. Therefore, considering F3 as the average tornado makes its AP far higher than it should be.


HOWEVER, at the same time, I don't want to get rid of it. Maybe we could have keys for F1-F5 tornadoes or something of the sort?
 
I think this makes sense. At most a typical tornado is capable of winds of 110 mph.
