Gumball is getting bullied by a 9-B ghost right now, so how will he do against the ruler of the entire ocean? (12/24/19 edit: Not too good since he lost)

Neptune is 9-A

Both bloodlusted

Gumball is fully equipped

speed is =

Fight is on land (so neptune is basically the size of a human here)

Both start 50 meters away (because nobody uses 50)

Neptune has the advantages in experience and range. The first thing he did when Mr. Krabs angered him was freeze him, so he could freeze Gumball with his range advantage.

If that doesn't work, then he turns him into a regular human.
 
Forgot to mention, Neptune can also open portals, so since both are bloodlusted, he could toss Gumball in there if they were to get up close.

Sad thing for gumball is that he can't fight higher tier characters after seeing what happened when he got stomped by them, we could have many choices to choose from

Oh yeah, Forcefield Creation would definitely be useful here......if gumball or the book actually had it, which both don't

it takes a lot less time for neptune to aim his trident and shoot than taking a notebook out of your butt, opening it and writing something down in it
 
GreenCyan, if you want Gumball to have a fair fight when it comes to the Magic Notebook, put him against someone who will give him enough time to write something down in it, because Neptune could zap a beam at him and turn him into an ordinary human, which is far faster than using a writing utensil.
 
he doesn't mean to put him against someone who will curbstomp him, like how you did with Bugs and courage

Speaking of garfield, his comic version does have feats higher than just 9-B, like when he destroyed a snowman the size of Jon's house, flooding the entire house with hair and destroying the house with a burp
