Chelshia wins to the point of it not being funny with equal AP which can turn into superior ap very quickly, versatility, mobility, range, and possibly skill
 
Equal AP? Ojiro can hurt Hardened Kirishima who can take Bakugou's explosions which go as high as 1.05 tons. Chelshia's feat is at most 0.56 tons. I WOULD NOT call that equal. Still vote Chelshia?
 
Ah I thought they were .64 tons? Doesn't really say which key of Bakugou's he's comparable too

Either wat Chelshia easily beats him out in AP due to berserk mode anyways.
 
1st key. Look at the "strongest explosions" link. And Ojiro didn't appear to be putting in much effort btw.
 
Doesn't say Bakugo was using his strongest explosions either way. Still, Chelshia meats him in AP and if not meets him becomes really close to him in terms of AP, and she's fought people implied to be stronger than her
