Daddy Derek's profile has been deleted, apparently because "he's a stage persona who's willing to sue". The problem is, when I contacted Derek regarding Cool Cat profiles, he said he "had no problems with this".

Pretty much. However, he seems to actually prefer his characters being on here, rather than reluctantly allowing them.
 
Stage personas are not allowed. Period. Reason being that its morbid for people to be discussing how a real person bites it.

If I were to make a Stephen Hawking profile and have Vs. Profiles telling the various ways he dies, it's kinda ****** up, ain't it? Same logic applies.

Knowing him, he'd probably just hold me at gunpoint until the profile is deleted. Keep in mind, with the whole IHE incident, Derek said he's sue, but never did.
 
Weird. I thought the Vanilla Ice page was nuked.

Anyways yeah... that page needs to go, it's not exactly a valid example when it was going to be deleted... but people forgot

That wasn't antagonising, it was deserved.

BigSmoke has been repeatedly asked to not contact Derek Savage because we have a rule forbidding users from directly contacting content creators for VsBattles related queries. And it seems like he still did it anyway despite the warning he received the first time he did it.

Its one thing to be sworn at for no good reason, its another if its a deserved scolding.
 
Well, first off, ma'am, if I've done anything reportworthy, I should be reported, as that is the point of there being a reporting system and that I'm unworthy of my staff position if what I said was so bad, so feel free to report me to the HR.

Secondly, if I wanted to minimize abuse, I'll be deleting comments. I apologized even though I didn't even think I said something mean or unjustified. I'm not going to do anymore than that, and that is what I think is an appropriate response.

Thirdly, you're being highly assumptious of me just going around screaming at folks, or not being mature enough when guess what? People have bad day and sometimes a response like that is warranted.

As someone who's very familiar with the rules of this site over the past four years and having to learn them to become an admin, Zark did nothing wrong. Grow a thicker skin.

I'm allowed asking him if profiles are allowed through his fanmail. I've done it before and it was allowed. I'm not allowed asking about powers and stats of his characters, which I wasn't doing.

Oh yes. I'm terribly sorry. Please compare cases of gaslighting, emotional abuse, and domestic violence, making people feel like they're at fault for other's behaviors, and emotionally manipulating people into staying into the unhealthy situation they're in to...a mod yelling at a stranger on the internet. I can tell you from personal freaking experience that this is nothing. Absolutely nothing. If anything, you're the one being offensive by minimizing the ACTUAL cases of abuse and coding it to something as trivial as this situation. I don't know if you're trying to get brownie points on the internet or not, but as I said, grow a thicker skin.

Ngl, I've heard worse insults towards me from my boyfriend. Maybe it's cultural differences, but it's pretty obvious when something is meant to hurt or when something is out of emphasis, good fun, or frusturation, and guess what, my words were something that weren't meant to hurt.
