Todoroki fights a Thicc Witch

but She does not have that in this key. Im using her strongest key, which is overdrive. In character she will usually just use her fire, or raise her opponents body temperature (which is very effective)
 
her magic, hmm, if I remember correctly I do not think she has to, she has done stuff without gestures.
 
Also Im going to just disable invis for this fight cause that is pretty unfair lol.
 
I have restricted abilities before and I don't think it was a problem.
