Since speed isn't equalised, Palkia blitzes. Equalise speed otherwise this is a stomp.

I think you need to write "speed equalised" otherwise it doesn't count as speed being equalised, it can be annoying, but it makes people assume that speed isn't equalised.

Last I checked, they were both in the Ad Infinitum range of 2-B (Bowser via every dream being a Universe, and everything in Mario dreaming, creating more Universes with beings that dream, and so on and so forth, and Palkia via every Universe in Pokemon having the Reflection Cave that leads to other Universes with other Reflection Caves, and so on and so forth).
Also, Palkia because it tends to open with "Lolspace"

I could've sworn I saw this battle before.
Edit: it was Dreamy Bowser Vs Giratina and it wasn't added due to being a stomp, even with the pure hearts and Palkia being the "less" haxed of the creation trio; Bowser still loses? just oof...
