Hellsing: Pretty sure they lose, it might be a stalemate since Alucard keeps regenerating.
 
She takes souls out of bodies. She's not using her soul to create Homies but Zeus, Prometheus and Napoleon.

Heck, she can even create heralds to collect the souls.

Hohohoho, it has been too long...

Basically this entity is able to control destiny and what is to come. And so as a all knowing entity, it protects those that are linked to the "universal system". It was already predetermined and predicted that Giygas would lose against the chosen 4. Those that poses a threat to Ness or others that are chosen means that they are trying to ruin the journey. And those that fight Post Magicant Ness are posing a threat to the universe itself.

Hopefully I did a good job on that.

anyway, Composite Ghost can defeat minor characters but they won't get too far with the protagonists, Giygas, Dark Dragon, The Player, and TOTU

Okay I'm trying my hand at this one

World of Darkness: Nope, gets to the mid tiers at best.

Warhammer: Gets Kharn'd.

Castlevania: Nah for obvious reasons such as Drac and Chaos

Jojo: Maybe Novel Kars can take it? GER?

Infamous: Yeets

Bobobobo: Bobobo should be able to pull a win off via Plot Manip, but again Bobobo's opening move is random.

Killer Instinct: Can Gargos passively corrupt? I can't recall the nature of it but it might bypass resist.

Darkest Dungeon: Might get trapped across space and time via the farmstead, also their madness hax isn't Type 1 so it should work.

Blazblue: 2-A hax should take it.

Guilty Gear: Eh they are pretty haxed so they might be able to take it.
