R.L. Stine (Goosebumps) love to pay make goosebumps crossover ghostface, so he make the movie ghostface fight murders.

for the actual fight, I say Murder takes this given his superior strength (kind of) and with his type 2 Immortality and superior pain resistance
 
Also, quick issue with this. You can't restrict powers (which I didn't notice to be honest because it wouldn't have effected the fight). So while it shouldn't be removed as it is accurate, it should have the restricting Ghost Mode to 1 time removed.
 
Good luck trying to incapacitate a character that can survive with his brain and skull bashed in with a hatchet
 
Murder has a higher pain tolerance compare so he can handle more hits compared to Ghost face. At the end of the fight, it'll be Murder who'll win.
 
Though that does bring into question how to incap MtC. I assume decap would work, breaking his limbs so he couldn't attack, and KOing him (though it is debatable if that is possible).
