Ky Kiske vs Ren Amamiya (2 votes needed)

Ren passively gets his information rewritten with Information Flare or Sol touches him once.
 
Alright, Ky is roughly equivalent to Sol so he should be rocking an AP advantage enough to One Shot but the trade off is that Ky isn't nearly as haxed to make things a bit easier for Ren. All in all I do say that Ky wins due to his AP advantage, can nullify Ren's Regenerationn since Ky's Negation is Low Mid where as Ren's is Mid Low, and if he needs to hax him Petrification and Sealing will do the trick.
 
Ky can one shot? Remind me again of Ren's scaling chain? iirc Sol is supposed to be 20x over baseline so Ky should be close to that but where's Ren about?
 
Ah okay oof yeah Ky can one shot there, but Ren could use something like death manip to pull off a win so this can be debated I think
 
Dormina and Joker's instant-death attacks should make short work of Ky. Persona affinities completely negate the AP advantage entirely and since sleep can be inflicted with a thought I'd say he'd get on the trigger faster.
 
Bump, I wonder could Ky's Sealing work on Personas? I've yet to see the story mode for Xrd so my knowledge on GG isn't the best

Correction to the scaling chain. End-game Ren is equal to any one member of the Phantom Thieves, who each can significantly damage GoC Yaldy, who is greatly superior to its previous form as the Holy Grail, which is effortlessly above baseline and off-screen-stomped three notable Low 2-Cs at once.
 
Okay, so how close is that to Ky? I'm sadly bad at scaling chains but I know Ky is supposed to be comparable to Sol who is 20x over baseline
 
Ky probably still has a notable advantage, but it's not enough to one-shot, at least.

Ren's win-con doesn't change though, so either way he's still likely to win via death hax. Ky might resist Ren's ailments, depending on the potency of backyard's mind-soul manip, but Ren will death hax as soon as those fail. Plus, if Ky manages to get a hit in, Ren can just heal himself back up to full with Diarahan.
 
Gotcha vote counted, should say though Ky's magic based attacks apparently count as Info Manip so I'm not sure Ren can deflect any of it.
 
Well I've not seen the story mode of Revelator, Sealing was used to defeat Justice once and for all iirc. He might do it in Revelator but I've yet to look at it.
