No. Asriel has that wincon. Marisa doesnt. She has no way of killing him even if shes faster. Not to mention asriel is still rated 2-B.

Regardless, he just reloads, stops holding back and his flex makes her unable to move.

Speedblitz is a determinating factor in a vs

Maybe you would have abilities to destroy your enemy with a thought, but it wouldn't matter if your enemy would speedblitz you and defeat you with oke of his abilities that you don't have resistance to it
