Beiloune Intelligence Upgrade

Beiloune has Above Average (Able to create many stories that last hundreds of years and plans out all the events and fates of everyone in his world)

I think he should have Higher with "Classification" like his stats. This is do to him being capable of classifiying people as smart. Gutten Kisling is classified as an expert on ghosts, thus he has lots of knowledge about ghosts. Beiloune has classified many other people in differnt things like a Blacksmith, scientist, swordsmenship and such. All the knowledge and skill one would need in these areas, Beiloune could classify himself with.

He has done more. He classified an a lady as an Old Wise Lady. When you talk to her she actually tells you valuable info that leads to good things.

Wise Definition: having or showing experience, knowledge, and good judgment.

She has knowledge no one else has with the excption of one indiviual who is classified as Mr. Know-It-All. This man has knowledge on everything that is happening in the world. Even when Ari who is a Deviant and thus is effecting everyone's Classification around him, Mr. Know-It-All still knew things and all he does is sit in a bar throughout the game. Given Beiloune can classify himself with knowledge from different fields and he'd scale to the Wise Old Lady by simply classifying himself as "Wise" which would also give him knowledge and good judgment, Lastly, we can scale him to Mr. Know-It-All who is classified to know what's going on in the world at the moment.

I think Nigh-Omniscience with "Classification" could work, scaling him to Mr. Know-It-All but if people think Higher with "Clasdification" is better I'm fine with that.

Yeah that makes sense. He hasn't done it to our knowledge but there's no reason he couldn't given how he uses the ability on others.
