[New Tier is 8-B. New Speed is baseline Hypersonic. Regen Cap is now Mid, and Lifting strength is Class 5. All characters have Resistance to Mind Manipulation on the level of 500 people and Resistance to Power Mimicry, as well as possessing Dimensional Storage. Lifting Strength is limited to Superhuman. Techniques above the tier will be Higher, and stat amp cap will be 2x.]

After leaving the mans house, Charley entered his Godzilla disguise and visited the local library to do research on the computers. He wanted to see if anything the local gangs has done that could give him a clue as to where to find them. Surely there had to be something on the internet.
 
Crunkledunk sends his tinker tank back into his dimensional storage and catches up to Eike " Hey, look so I'm sorry for snapping before- you of course had no reason to be aware of my superiority to that fool- and the ignoring me thing, I suspect it was nothing personal. Yeah. That's it.

Anyway, the real reason I went with those people is because I wanted to meet you- I mean destroying the greatest leader of the world in in so little time is incredibly impressive, and I think we could help each other. Your combat and assassination skills are fantastic- and you could do with the versatile building I provide. If you want to fly I can arrange for you to do that easily!"
 
Nicholas walks around the city, he decides to go and find where the woman watching him from the rooftop went.

After some time, he locates her, appearing before her, exiting Spirit Form.

"I believe you had some interest in our group." He says
 
Kyouka looks to the man who just materialized infront of her

That's a useful power, he can sneak up on anyone he wants.

"Oh I just wanted to see what you all were doing over there. If I had to guess you guys were confronting the person responsible for the earlier shooting, correct?"
 
"I had wanted to see who was bold enough to enter a foreign place and immediately seek out and kill one of the most important people there."
 
"So there wasn't even a reason for it then other than curiosity then? What a strange person. Are you really comfortable letting him go around on his own like that without anyone watching him?"
 
"I feel my time could be spent better than observing one man, if he continues to be an issue, I can simply track him down again. I initially simply cared about solving the mystery, though if his actions stand in the way of advancement, then I will have to intervene." Nicholas answers.
 
"For my part I have no commitment to this world, for the moment my only goals are to regain my ability to fly ... and finally find an asteroid to sit on and wait for this universe to implode"
 
"You two are interesting. Not at all drab and one-dimensional like that "hero" you were traveling with. Your goals are so self aligned and true to yourselves instead of pretending to be self righteous. I feel like we will cross paths more than once in the future."
 
He was able to find vague information regarding some sort of factory but that was it. "A start is a start I guess." As he walked outside he observed the sun as it was setting. "I think...I'll walk there." He began to casually walk down the street toward the old factory. Truth be told this was a lot to take in.

He was just a ordinary human but now he looks like his favorite Godzilla monster and has their powers. While justice is important and all, suddenly having on this power forced on to him was startling to say the least. He was a teenager just out of high school and way in over his head and he knew it.

These people were killers and would likely kill him if he got in their way but Charley also knows that has powers as well. If he were his old self he could do nothing but now he has the strength to make a difference and stop these people from abusing their own powers to cause evil. For once he could help.

With a new found determination, Charley picked up the pace. If he got there first he could set up an ambush that's assuming the computer was anything to go by. He should at least see if something strange is there.
 
Crunkledunk gets annoyed at the man (not man- thing? Whatever) who just disappeared " Hey what the hell! I was offering an alliance- I could allow you to do way more than you already can do. I mean your primary motive is inquisition, correct? Ah forget it he's gone now@ Crunkledunk goes into the city on his mobile gear using his megaphone to get the attention of his previous group while using his genius to detect where it would be possible to go and where they would most likely have been subconsciously or consciously attracted to. " Hey! Where have you all gone! Why did you disappear like that! Do you think I am useless or something?! Hey (shoot I need to think of a detective reference)....Sherlock Holmes! The one with the bigger ego! WHERE ARE YOU IDIOTS!"
 
Typhon stood atop one of the buildings near the outskirts of the city. The deity had remained reclusive since he had arrived here, keeping to the shadows and rooftops to avoid being seen. He wanted answers to why he was here, but he found nothing.
 
Ruby appears in Atlanta and is given the same knowledge on here powers given to the others
 
Skulking in the shadows?

Kyouka quickly turns around to see who Nicholas was talking about.
 
" Excuse me? Does anyone hear me? Who are you- redhead, and-" Crunkledunk points to Eike " Why the hell did you disappear from me- ME to get involved in this bag of dimwits!"
 
As Charley walked he began to reflect on his past actions since getting here. He began to to realize that he had become a little overtop when it came to his actions. While he won't apologize for his actions he knew that recklessly attacking that gun guy and almost picking a fight with that tinker guy were all bad moves.

He believes that this sudden boost in power caused this sudden change in his personality. That had to be it. This power got to his head and he became so obsessed with justice he forgot to assess the situation, see the bigger picture, and most importantly be himself.

Taking a deep breath with the lungs he no longer had, he decided that while he would still pursue justice, he wouldn't do it as mindlessly as he did. Maybe not jump straight into violence. Maybe take a break but the factory needed to be explored first. He was nearing it now.
 
"Well that's uncalled for. I don't know why I'm considered a dimwit but if I had to take a guess for why the gunman left you it's because you seem to want too much attention my vertically challenged friend. And to answer the other question my name is Kyouka."
 
"I reciprocate the pleasure. Say, does anyone else hear something like a gnat around here?"

I look around, fake-searching for something, but I'm clearly just ignoring Crunkledunk at this point, likely to see how he reactsm
 
"Ok well firstly I'm not vertically challenged you are all freakishly tall, and secondly I don't even care about height because I've invented mechanical flying now- so you can't hold things too high up above my head for me to reach.

AND THIRDLY" Crunkledunk now steps very close to Eike very funny, I don't know what to call you, I see you want to act like a toddler to degrade me down to your monstrously low level- well you know what I am not controlled by your whims. You want to know why? Because you are below me, you are stupid, and below me" Crunkledunk stands there for a second indignantly, continuing to look at Eike pretending he can't see him until he gets really annoyed and says " OH YOU CANT HEAR ME NOW WELL MAYBE YOUR EARS NEED UNCLOGGING!" and then summons a fireball aimed at Eike's ear while jumping back simultaneously and summons his Tinker tank where he shouts "DONT WORRY I ONLY NEED TO GET INTO INE EAR AND THEN UNCLOG THE OTHER THROUGH IT!" and aims the tinker tanks drill at Eike's ear.
 
"Well, unfortunally, due to the assassination of the president Tronald Pump and the mayor's death, all restaurants in the city have closed. A sad day indeed."

I point to a crowd of people. They have guns and they have entered one of the closed restaurants by forcing it open.

"Seems some people are just a little bit too hungry for some unhealthy food."
 
Taking a moment to view the city as he contemplated his next decision, Typhon proceeded to jump to the nearest building to his left. He might as well go along the city's outskirts to see what else there was to find.
 
I continue looking around, feigning confusion before """""accidentally""""" brushing Ento Ju, firing it and ricocheting a bullet directly at Crunkledunk's jugular. I seemingly recoil in shock, but in reality its just me dropping below the drill.
 
" What! So you can absorb flames now! Damn it is there anything you can't do? Urgh, I bet you can probably absorb all the elements from the way you used lightning earlier" Crunkledunk smacks the control panel and withdraws the tinker tanks drill for a moment.( H13 Crunkledunk is in the tinkertank at the moment so you can't aim for his jugular)
 
(OK but considering Crunkledunk probably hears the bullet ricocheting and it also needs to get through his armour first and the fact that everyone has subsonic speed wouldn't he be able to notice it first and then activate his phantom locket and while given 10 seconds of time ,unless he uses it again, just burn it or something)

I sigh angrily and then immobilize Eike, his bullet and Crunkledunk's robot with the telekinetic power of Matatu's mask.
