Aelin's going to have one hell of a time bypassing her regen, so eventually sleep manip or just being stabbed to death will eventually take it's toll. So, Sayaka
 
No it shouldn't, Sayaka's regen acts incredibly quickly that it should regen and it doesn't hurt her soul gem so she can keep fighting
 
She can regenerate from all her insides being incinerated in a single attack?

She has mid

Plus iirc, Sayaka's regen is fast enough to regenerate while she's burning alive
 
Where is Sayaka's soul gem on her body, and how easy would it be for Aelin to destroy that?
 
1. It's on her navel

2. Soul gems are completely unscratched by something that would generally cripple a normal magical girl, so destroying it will be hard

3. Sayaka still has mobility and glyphs to her advantage and she isn't lacking in range either. There's also still sleep manip and life absorption as well
 
Still waiting on how good Sayaka's regen is. Tho if her gem no sells stuff that can harm her a lot, she is probably gonna outlast. Not voting yet though
 
Sayaka can regen incredibly quickly (something that would normally put the usual magical girl in the hospital for 3 months she regenerated in a second and after literally stabbing her own heart out she was fine not even a second later) and she can keep regenning while fighting as well.

Even then, her insides being on fire shouldn't really matter to her, magical girls can keep fighting even if every last drop of blood is drained out of their body, they're decapitated, or their heart is ripped to shreds as long as their soul gem is intact, because you don't actually really "harm" a magical girl unless you harm their soul gem.

1. AP. Aelin holds a significant AP advantage over Sayaka. Sayaka stomps 6.66 kilotons, whereas Aelin is superior to someone who did a 19 kiloton feat by breathing.

2. Combat experience. Yes, Aelin is only six years older, but she has been trained in the art of killing since the day she was born, and was trained to fight other magical beings by this guy, who has literal centuries of experience, and she has outperformed.

3. Range. Aelin destroys Sayaka when it comes to range. The battle starts at 4km as according to SBA, and Aelin destroys Sayaka from a distance with just a consistent wave of damage. The magical girl is gonna have to come to her, and that easier said than done.

4. Intelligence. Gifted vs slightly Below Average? Aelin tactically destroys Sayaka here. 'Nuff said.

5. Sayaka's regen can't handle Aelin's internal burning move. I cannot stress this enough, Aelin disintegrates her targets with that move. That is High-Mid or Low-High. And I'd imagine that Aelin would resort to that move if Sayaka keeps regening all her fire damage.

6. Eruption. Aelin's final move, the one that cripples her. She straight up melts fools with this move. Sayaka has to bring her to her knees, then make sure she is on the other side of the world to not get melted by that.
 
Sayaka stomps someone who is 6.66 kiltons by being born, I doubt the AP difference is huge

Sayaka is still incredibly mobile and has ways to close the gap quickly, plus she can use both sleep manip and stingers at a range as well

Even then, will Aelin resort to that mvoe before Sayaka puts her to sleep with one of her many attacks?
 
Anything that's not internal burning still gets noped by Sayaka's regen and Sayaka is still likely to just put Aelin to sleep and continue forewards from there. Her glyphs allow her to close the gap easily enough and she can still fire from range
 
Sayaka's range appears to cap at hundreds of meters, whereas Aelin's fire magic spreads across kilometres. Fire magic will be an issue a long time before any of Sayaka's attacks will be.

If you are asking about Eruption, no, if you are asking about internal burning... maybe. Probably more likely if Sayaka is actually taking Aelin's fire to the face and not going down.

And do Sayaka's attacks require contact? Aelin tends to open with surrounding herself with an aura of fire that kind of helps with burning away anything that tries to touch her
 
Again, anything that's not internal burning or eruption gets shrugged off by regen. Afaik Sayaka's sleep manip is via a soundwave, so that's not burnable.
 
So thereby, the two start 4km apart, Aelin opens with a whole load of fire. Sayaka shrugs it off and keeps regening, Aelin disintegrates her from the inside out and walks away.

And if you wanna know how likely it is that Aelin will target the gem... pretty likely. In her verse, there are these things called Wyrdkeys, of which pieces of these things are placed on people by the primary antagonist to control some of Aelin's allies (Like this guy and this chick). Suspicious jewellery would be burnt without hesitation
 
Though question, does the internal burning only disintegrate her insides or does it disintegrate the entire body?

Plus the gem no-sells attacks that severely cripple magical girls and she only has to protect that anyways
 
Actually how often does Aelin do the disintegration, cause with the fire aura keeping Sayaka away she might manage do her sleep before it comes into play
 
Fire aura is like a skintight bodysuit so it wouldn't come into play. Aelin will disintegrate if she is chucking fire at Sayaka and Sayaka is regenerating it without trouble. Remember, range advantage, Aelin has time to make that realisation before Sayaka gets close enough to put her to sleep
