Actually even if they are face to face, Lille haves that bad habit of shooting someone in the head and asking questions later.

Lille Barro literally does. The moment somebody tries to finish a very long name with many syllables, he would have interrupted them completely, while killing them. This is a Quincy sniper who thinks quite realistically, and doesn't ignore the head like the other Quincy.
