Nightmare makes a sound when he disables his invisibility and his eyes are still visible, so he would see him coming. Also I doubt the 9-C version actually has teleportation because it is likely just his invisibility and stealth in action (I know this because I played the game) and it isn't stated that he can teleport anywhere in the game iirc.

9-C version after upgrade will be FNAF 4, as the UCN one will be upgraded to just 9-B. Sorry I was confusing.
