All my life, led up to this.

Speed Equal.

Both are Low 2-C.

This is End Game Joker without Satanael.

Both are in-character.

Bowser has all his items that don't breach the tier limit along with all three Grand Stars.

Battle is in Mementos.

Win via KO, incap or death.

Teleporting, transmutation, black holes and sealing. Also, punchie punch.

Bowser resists Death Manip with the Safety Ring. Almighty isn't that much more useful seeing as Bowser doesn't specifically resist magic or energy projection anyway, though it would get past any attempts at forcefields, invul and attack reflection.

Ultimately it's his lack of significant resistance to Mind Manip that screws him over here. Evil Smile + Ghastly Wail GG for Almighty-based Death Manip.
 
Just pumping in to say that Bowser has a thread that makes his mental resistance from minor to well...normal mind resistance due to some shenanigans in the Superstar Saga remake.

Even if Bowser get resistance to mind manip, there is still Almighty-based death manip, which should ve enough to kill Bowser.
 
While I'm unsure if Almighty based (and therefore unresistable) death manipulation might be an NLF, while yeah it would kill Bowser no problem, the resurrection is still a thing unless Joker could bypass that too.
 
Joker still have many ways to incap, once he notice that Bowser is not dying with his death spells, he will likely search a way to incap using one of his Personas' abilities.
 
Bowser's resistance to mind manip is incomparable to what Joker usually deals with anyway. Memory hax incaps with a thought.
 
Which is the scale to Bowser's mind manip resistance? Because Joker can brainwash a bunch of people at the same time, there is also his memory manip that was mentioned above.
