Alien X only has 2 useful abilities. Mind Control and Reality Warping.

Browser has a shit ton of had such as Sealing, Transmutation, Plot Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, Curse Manipulation, Body Puppetry, etc...it all depends on who uses what first. I need to think on this.
 
Bowser resists existence erasure, so X can't just think him out of existence. Pretty sure he lost to Eggman due to Mind haxing. So I guess he can plot hax? But even still I don't know how potent his plot hax is.
 
I mean Alian X is the reason why charcters do change design in each season of Ben10

Alian x can make clones , he was able to stand vs aginst a being who is relative to him without taking damage , he is nigh-omniscient . he would have more about Bowzer than Bowzer know about him
 
Rechecking the profile. Bowser doesn't resist Existence Erasure, it's an ability he has, so Alien X could erase him with a wave of his hand, but he's never done it in canon, so that's not happening.
 
Bowser !!!! cause alien x is at best is 3-A, Bowser is 2-B he can't be beaten by such a weak and low level character.

I could be wrong do you have scaling (scans) for alien x being higher in 10-C base form ? without serena and bellicus involvement ? He survived the destruction of universe bellicus and serena didn't do anything and that was the only time.
That's not AP !!! that's his durability i'll at least consider him 10-B even banning his cheating, and plot demand.
