You gave Composite Godzilla prep time. 3 months of prep time. Just a week would be overkill. That means he has evolved to counter everything Batman can pull and then some.
 
Because Godzilla's profile states

" 4-B, higher with Transformations, Power-Ups, Preparation, Rage Power and Reactive Evolution."

And Batman is only 4-B with prep so
 
That preparation is Red Spiral Particle Beam, which takes years to charge. In other words, it's not applicable here.

Batman getting prep time is fine here.
 
It would change nothing because Godzilla's prep time affects only Red Spiral Particle Beam (which takes years) and Reactive Evolution if he has prior knowledge he doesn't have here (although that one can work without it).
